For all your grinding and finishing needs at EMO Hannover

Grinding and finishing machine specialist Advanced Grinding Solutions, whose line-up of high precision equipment is one of the widest available in the marketplace, will have staff present throughout the duration of EMO with no less than 10 of its machine manufacturing partners exhibiting on the following stands:


Rollomatic (tool grinding machines) hall 6, stand J65; Bahmuller and Tschudin (internal/external and centreless grinding machines) hall 11, stands B43/B37; HandlingTech (auto loading systems) hall 27, stand F24; Gerber (deburring machines) hall 11, stand G19; FLP (lapping and fine grinding machines) hall 11, stand B07; and Nova (external/internal grinding machines) hall 11, stand B18.

Additionally, Magnetfinish (deburring machines) is in hall 4 on stand B62; Platit (coating machines) will be in hall 5 on stand E12; and Comat (filtration systems) is in hall 7 on stand A07.

Rollomatic will showcase a number of tool grinding machines including its 6-axis 830XW machine for manufacturing large diameter cutting tools, featuring a productive combination of hydrostatic guides and linear motors giving excellent surface finishes on milling cutters and drills.

Also, of interest will be the Rollomatic LaserSmart 501 machine for machining PCD, CVD, and natural diamond tools. The high-speed machine is ideal for multiple operations including cutting-edge generation, and producing chip breakers and cylindrical lands in a single operation.

The machine features four cameras inside for complete and easy viewing of the laser operations. Rollomatic will also use the show to debut its new NP50 machine for the grinding off cutting tool blanks.

Elsewhere, Tschudin will exhibit its latest Cube grinding machine – claimed by the company as being the world’s smallest CNC centreless grinding machine. On the same stand, Bahmuller experts will be on hand to discuss their range of internal and external grinding machines.

HandlingTech is showing various loaders for machines including its advanced palletZ and ecoZ loaders suitable for all types of machine tool whilst Gerber will showcase three brushing machines for deburring components including its new Eco-Innovation that receives its worldwide debut.

A newcomer to the AGS portfolio is Comat (hall 7, stand A07) whose staff will be on hand at EMO to discuss the company’s latest generation of high quality filtration systems which are fitted to many grinding and turning machines.
