With a four way automatic toolpost, three jaw chuck and a spacious 400m swing with 750mm between centres, this machine very competitively priced at just £14,995.

The Ultraturn will be accompanied at the event by the AJL200 manual lathe that offers a variable speed control with three spindle speed ranges and a DRO system that provides constant surface speeds and high quality surface finishes. Of robust construction, the lathe features an induction hardened one-piece bed and case hardened gears. With a 200mm centre height, 400mm swing over bed and centre distance of 750/1,000mm, the AJL200 is the mid-size machine in this four machine range.

From the milling stable, Noon Machinery will present the Ajax AJV550 vertical machining centre with spacious 700 by 308mm bed, powerful 7.5kW motor, 10 or 16 position tool changer and the choice of a Fanuc or Heidenhain CNC control unit.

For machinists looking for a manual solution, Noon will showcase the Ajax AJT200 manual turret mill complete with chrome dovetail slideways, servo power feeds to the X-axis, a 3hp main motor and a working surface of 1,270 by 230mm.

Alongside the milling and turning products will be one of the latest additions to the comprehensive Ajax product line, the new Scantool SB30 drilling machine. The showcase of diverse and flexible machining solutions will be complemented by a host of additional workshop equipment as well as innovations from technology partners such as Heidenhain, Blue Range Tools, Nikken, Zoller and One CNC.

Nikken will be demonstrating its range of CNC rotary tables, NC tooling solutions and pre-setters whilst Zoller will also be showcasing its presetting, measuring and inspecting equipment.
