The increase of robotic machine tool automation will be the centrepiece of Hydrafeed’s stand at MACH 2018.

MACH 2016 saw the official launch of the RoboJob range of equipment into the UK. Hydrafeed is the sole agent.

Building on the success of two years ago, Hydrafeed will be exhibiting two RoboJob systems at the show: the Turn-Assist and Mill-Assist. Both systems are the new integrated variants that saw their official launch at last year’s EMO show in Hannover. The integrated systems are quicker to install and are more compact.

In addition, Hydrafeed will be showcasing the latest models in its range of short magazine barfeed systems, the MSV65 and MSV80. Both are full servo barfeeds providing a high level of automation to any CNC turning centre. Hydrafeed says the MSV range offers standard features unavailable on any similar product providing flexibility to CNC turning centres.

To complete the portfolio of machine tool automation, the company will be exhibiting the Rota-Rack – a system that safely collects finished parts as they exit a CNC lathe, providing a competitive advantage to manufacturers by enabling their machine tools to run unattended for extended periods of time.

The Hydrafeed technical team will be on hand throughout the show to provide demonstrations on any of the products and benefits provided by machine tool automation.

“I’m certain MACH 2018 will be another positive exhibition with rapid growth for products which will aid UK productivity,” enthuses Martyn Page, Hydrafeed’s managing director.
