The growth at Open Mind Technologies has now seen the CAM experts employ a new area sales manager to underpin the sustained growth the company is witnessing.

With hyperMILL demonstrating its credentials as the industry leading CAM solution for the aerospace, motorsport, oil & gas and general subcontract market, the Bicester-based company has now enrolled the services of Justin Talboys-Cotton. He has over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, starting his career as an automotive project manager overseeing all aspects of a cell, from SPC, ERP and quality management to CAM implementation.

Following his success in this role, Mr Talboys-Cotton then joined a well-known CAM vendor in a technical sales and business development position, demonstrating excellent sales results, account management and engineering expertise.

He has now joined Open Mind Technologies and he will be responsible for servicing existing customers and developing new business across the Midlands region.

Commenting upon the appointment, Open Mind Technologies UK managing director, Adrian Smith said: “Open Mind UK is currently witnessing unprecedented growth levels and we are committed to retaining our close collaboration and service levels with our existing customer base. To ensure we do this, we are accelerating the growth of our UK team to build upon our customer service strategy whilst enhancing our foothold in key industry segments.”
