A specialist engineering company, headquartered in Milford Haven, has won and completed a £0.75 million contract to machine oil pipeline tubes, onsite, in Canada. The contract involved ten engineers from M&A Engineering travelling to Canada's eastern oil fields for a total of four months.

M&A Engineering was chosen because of its expertise and reputation for high quality work in the field of in-situ machining, mainly in the marine, petrochemical, power generation, energy and metals industries. The company says its highly trained and experienced personnel are respected and valued by the large number of household names among its customer list.

The work was effected using machines designed and manufactured by the company specifically for the contract.

In November, M&A Engineering will be opening its new, multi-million pound headquarters on a two acre site in Milford Haven. The factory is currently being commissioned and will help the company launch a range of new services.
