Stellantis has marked the start of electric vehicle production at its Ellesmere Port manufacturing facility, as the first all-electric vans roll off the production line.
Vauxhall is celebrating 60 years of manufacturing at its Ellesmere Port plant ahead of its £100m transformation into the first plant of its parent-company, Stellantis, to produce solely battery-electric models by the end of the year.
Stellantis has announced the appointments of Mark Noble as UK lead for manufacturing, with plant director responsibility for Luton Plant, and Diane Miller as plant director, Ellesmere Port.
