Coolant saver specialist Wogaard is celebrating a critical milestone: the installation of over 10,000 coolant saver units worldwide, creating a total saving of 172,000,000 litres of coolant.
As one of its trusted technical partners, Wogaard will be exhibiting its latest coolant oil saving solutions at the Star GB Open House (November 7-9) at its UK Technology Centre in Derby.
Designed for soluble coolant applications and possible to install in a wide range of CNC machines, the Coolant Saver will allow you to reduce, reuse and recycle the coolant that is dragged out into the swarf bins from the conveyor.
Wogaard has devised a system to re-use and recycle coolant and cutting oils used by machine tools. At Citizen Machinery’s open house event this year Jason Hutt from Wogaard discusses the benefits of the technology that not only reduces machine shop operating costs but also brings benefits to the environment.
Initially, Seco Tools gained significant results from the installation of a Wogaard Coolant Saver which led to the units being installed across all of the production machine tools and the formation of an engineering partnership between the two businesses.
