EEF’s Technology Hub opens its doors for summer showcase

EEF’s Technology Hub, which trains more than 400 apprentices each year, is showcasing its cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing training facilities on 29th June from 3-7pm.

The Hub in Aston, Birmingham has been designed and equipped to replicate the latest real-life engineering and manufacturing workplaces, enabling apprentices and people already working in the manufacturing and engineering sector to experience hands-on learning.

Training managers and employees currently working in the sector can come along to the Hub and see the factory and its industry standard toolroom, alongside the latest in robotic technology. Staff will be on hand to help businesses plan out technical training needs in order to upskill their workforce.
