Birmingham-based workholding specialist Leader Chuck Systems is offering MACH 2010 visitors a free Bison vice with orders placed at that show, where the company will be demonstrating a wide range of fixturing solutions for rotational and prismatic components on its stand (5303). Alongside Leader's MultiChuck MMY concentric clamping system, which offers a host of advantages to the self-centring of round parts on vertical and horizontal machining centres, milling machines and grinders, the latest innovative workholding solutions from Hainbuch, Iram and MicroCentric will be available on the stand. “We will be featuring precision clamping and fixturing systems that visitors can very quickly grasp the principle of,” says managing director, Mark Jones. “They will also be able to appreciate how these systems can quickly improve their overall machine tool efficiency.” Also represented on the stand will be the Bison range of cost-effective chucks and vices.
