Fooke appoints Phase 3 CNC as UK service partner

Following increasing UK sales of its Endura compact gantry milling machines, Fooke GmbH has announced a service cooperation agreement with Gloucestershire machine tool specialist, Phase 3 CNC Ltd.

Fooke GmbH, a family run business for over 110 years, has been manufacturing large 5-axis milling machines from its headquarters near Borken, Germany for over 30 years.

Demanding and ambitious customers from a wide range of industries, such as aerospace, rail and automotive industries trust in Fooke’s reliable, high-performance Endura machines. Most common applications for Fooke Endura machines are found in the automotive and aerospace industries, model, prototype building as well as tool and mould construction.

Based on customers’ individual requirements, holistic engineering services are among Fooke’s core competences. In this regard, Fooke has extensive experience in cutting, designing and building structural components for motion systems, as well as in the design and integration of feed drives and the complete commissioning of highly complex machine tools.

The Fooke Endura range of machinery is highly customisable to specific customer requirements. Regardless of whether the machine is to be optimised for the cutting of composite materials (CFRP/GRP), stainless steel, aluminium or titanium, a variety of torque motor driven milling heads and high frequency spindles can be configured to provide the required dynamics and precision.

Other customer specifiable options including tailored workpiece clamping systems, ATCs, coolant packages, tool and workpiece measuring, and mist/chip extraction systems complete the overall package.
