Hoffmann Group UK builds on three successful years with record growth and expansion

Hoffmann Group UK, a leading system partner for quality tools, workstations and personal protective equipment (PPE), has marked three years of operation in the UK with record sales and 12 new appointments.

Since opening its UK head office in Birmingham in August 2019, the business has seen tremendous growth, most recently having posted record revenues in the first quarter of 2022. As a result of this success, the business has made 12 new appointments from the start of the year to continue to service soaring demand, across its PPE, operations, sales and HR departments.

Most notably, Hoffmann Group UK has expanded its growing sales and operations divisions with eight new specialists, with the businesses’ external sales team having been boosted by Joe Waterworth and Sam Wood having joined as area sales managers, and Rob Evans joining the business in the role of key account manager.

The business is also sharing its continued success with its staff, implementing a blanket salary increase across the business and also offering all employees a one-off payment of £750 per head to help its people manage the ongoing cost of living crisis.

In addition, the company has also announced a string of initiatives aimed at improving its environmental impact. Hoffmann Group UK announced earlier this year that it will plant 10,000 trees around the globe by 2027, in partnership with climate solutions specialists Ecologi, and the company will also support its field-based sales team, which numbers 16 employees in total, in moving to fully-electric cars from September.
