Internal promotion strengthens Bowers sales team

Bowers Group has announced that Jordan Gould has been promoted to the position of central east sales manager.

Mr Gould joined Bowers Group in 2020 as mobile metrology centre demonstration manager and was highly successful in delivering detailed product demonstrations across the UK for Bowers’ full range of metrology products, as well as driving sales and acquiring new business.

In his new role as sales manager, Mr Gould will be responsible for managing sales and key accounts within the central east area of England for Bowers manufactured products, Baty vision systems and profile projectors, Moore & Wright tools, as well as third party products available through the group's exclusive distributor network including brands such as Trimos, Sylvac, Gagemaker and Wyler.

UK sales manager, Ryan Kingswell, said: “We are delighted that Jordan is taking the next step of his career with Bowers Group. His success and experience with the Mobile Metrology Centre (MMC) positions him perfectly to succeed in this role and I wish him every success.”

Speaking of his new role, Mr Gould explained: “I’m absolutely passionate about delivering detailed product demonstrations to customers and I’m very much looking forward to getting out there and meeting clients. During my previous role as MMC manager I spent lots of time supporting each member of the UK sales team, which will give me the perfect platform on which to develop my new role.”

In addition to his experience with Bowers Group, Mr Gould has a strong background in metrology and engineering, extensive knowledge of applications engineering and a wealth of experience providing frontline demonstrations.
