The Leica T-Scan 5 is a dynamic high-speed laser scanner ideal for use as part of an automated inspection setup across a wide range of industries, from automotive to aerospace and everything in between.

Powered by the accuracy and precision of the Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 laser tracker, the T-Scan 5 combines speed with high non-contact measurement accuracy, allowing large surfaces and fine details to be inspected efficiently within a single setup.
The T-Scan 5 is now available bundled with the AT960-SR, our short range 6DoF tracker, offering significant savings on a package ideal for small-to-medium sized automation projects.
