Master stroke

Based at the Master Fluid Solutions headquarters in Needham Market, Suffolk, Mr Blenkinsop is now responsible for the performance of the domestic sales team and the company’s distributor network throughout mainland Europe.

He joined Master Fluid Solutions – formerly Master Chemical Europe – in 1996 as the company’s first research chemist, and progressed through the company to become its technical sales manager. Since then, Mr Blenkinsop and his team have developed metalworking fluid products that address the specific performance and regulatory needs of European manufacturers in the Master Fluid Solutions UK laboratories.

On his appointment, Mr Blenkinsop commented: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to spearhead the European sales effort which, under my stewardship, will continue to be technically led. Our European customer base has grown substantially in the last year and we remain committed to providing the best resources to ensure our manufacturers have the best metalworking fluids for the job.”
