Mazak unveils the Integrex i-series

Details of Yamazaki Mazak's latest open house have been confirmed.

An open house event will take place at Mazak's European Technology Centre in Worcester from 14-17 June 2011 and will showcase the new Integrex i-series of multi-tasking machines.

The open house will mark the UK debut for the new i-series – one of the first Ken Okuyama designed machines available in this country. The i-series will be one of 20 different machines on display with live cutting demonstrations from a variety of machines throughout the four days.

The Integrex i-series is a complete redesign of its forerunner, the Integrex IV series, featuring a significantly larger working area and increased power in both the main and milling spindles. Crucially, the i-series is equipped with a range of power saving and ergonomic features, including a larger viewing window following customer feedback, a 19 inch display panel on the Mazatrol Matrix control, personnel sensors, power consumption display and automatic power off chip conveyor.
