MecWash announces new compact cleaning system

Established in 1993, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire-based MecWash Systems specialises in the design and manufacture of aqueous parts cleaning and degreasing systems.

At MACH, the company will introduce a brand-new aqueous cleaning system. The MWX300 is the compact version of the MWX400 and is designed for low volume specialist applications, delivering the exemplary cleanliness standards required for parts cleaning in demanding industry sectors such as aerospace, electronics, and medical.

This latest introduction to the MecWash MWX range of high-performance industrial parts washers features enhanced functionality and improved accessibility for easy maintenance. It also utilises technology used in many smart machine tools, to provide one of the most advanced, connected parts cleaning systems in the world.

MecWash’s managing director John Pattison, explains: “Here at MecWash, we often have customers with exacting cleaning requirements, and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide innovative solutions.

“The new MWX300 is specifically designed to deliver the highest cleanliness standards from a small footprint, while also being easy to maintain – features that have consistently topped the list of our customer requirements.” MecWash, which has exhibited at every MACH event since 2010, will be showcasing the new technology on stand 18-114 from 4-8 April 2022.

He adds: “Exhibitions remain a key means of getting our products and services the attention they deserve. MACH is a huge event that allows us to showcase our expertise to a wide range of manufacturers.

“It’s a key event in the manufacturing industry’s calendar and always provides a platform for us to meet with both existing and potential clients from across the UK and further afield. MACH is the perfect platform for MecWash to unveil our newest cleaning system, the MWX300, to our existing, and potential customers.

“We have a very wide ranging customer base which includes blue-chip businesses in aerospace, medical components and precision engineering, I’m confident the new system will be well received at the show.”
