MIETrak Pro updates offer new functionality 

Amongst the new functionality in the release are three headline features which have been added due to customer feedback.

The first new addition is MIE Platform: a web-based Application Programming Interface (API) which opens up endless possibilities in terms of being able to integrate third party solutions and bespoke applications directly with the MIETrak database.

With the world of manufacturing heavily involved with industry 4.0, MIE Platform is the gateway which will allow MIETrak Pro to establish itself at the forefront of this concept.

The second, which makes use of MIE Platform, is MIE Web Dashboards which allows users to view live KPI dashboards and reports remotely from any device which has an internet web browser.

“Any information of your choice can also be accessed via a password protected portal by your customers and suppliers in order to give them a live feed of information that is relevant to them. With the integrated web pick list module, customers can also adjust their own call-off requirements dynamically,” explains MIE Solutions’ business development manager, Tom Trow-Poole.

The third feature to now be fully supported in the UK is the built-in accounts module. Although links to third party accounts packages still apply, there is now the option to use the accounts module within MIETrak Pro, making the system a complete, end-to-end, ERP package.
