Mitutoyo named WorldSkills global industry partner       

As a supplier of metrology measuring instruments, machines and systems to previous global WorldSkills competitions, Mitutoyo is now gearing up to bear sole responsibility for the precision metrology function at WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017.

Chosen as host for the 44th WorldSkills competition, a biennial event bringing together young professionals from more than 70 countries in friendly competition, the United Arab Emirates is the first country in the Middle East to host a WorldSkills competition and offers participants an exciting destination whilst enjoying state of the art facilities and infrastructure.

Mitutoyo will support competition areas in the manufacturing sector with its technical expertise, measuring machines and over 800 instruments being made available for competitor use. In addition, it will display examples of its range of products and their application together with education, training and career advice to the many visitors.

Like WorldSkills, Mitutoyo is dedicated to utilising the power of skills to elevate the quality of work produced by industries through innovation and a commitment to excellence.
