Mr McGinty and his team will invite UK companies to the newly opened Halter Technology Center where Halter will demonstrate how to easily integrate automation into manufacturing operations.

Customers will get the chance to set up one of the different models for their own parts and discover in real time how easy and fast this can be done.

With a UK based service team, the recent opening of the centre in Evesham, near Birmingham, and the appointment of Daniel McGinty, Halter is expanding in the UK market to help manufacturing companies gain productivity with unmanned production of small batches.

Halter develops automation solutions so that metalworking companies can become more profitable, even in the production of series from 10 to 1000 workpieces. The company has already had several years of success with the automation concept for CNC machine tools, the LoadAssistant.

This loading system for both CNC lathes and milling machines, can be programmed without the knowledge of robotic programming, reducing setup time for unmanned production down reduced to minutes.
