Oil mist filter specialist Filtermist has been appointed as UK distributor for a new product range from Swiss company Piranha Clamp.
As well as its oil mist filtration units, Filtermist also offers a number of additional products and services to UK customers including an extensive Coolant Control range.
Made from lightweight cast aluminium, Piranha-Cooling Line offers a robust, versatile system which is proven to deliver precise coolant control – designed for working pressures up to 80 bar.
Director of Sales, Stuart Plimmer commented: “There has been a marked increase in enquiries for coolant control products that are suitable for high pressure applications.
“We introduced the Piranha range at the Southern Manufacturing show and received a warm response from visitors to our stand. We are currently working with our UK distributors to ensure their customers are aware that this new product range is available in the UK and we’ll also be showcasing it on a dedicated Coolant Control stand at MACH in April.”
Piranha-Cooling Line, available in ¼ and ½ inch variants; fits on all standard toolholders and offers a long lifespan courtesy of its anodic coating.
An innovative ball and socket design enables components to be securely locked into multiple positions meaning coolant can be delivered effectively to even the most difficult to reach places. Piranha also offers users the ability to fix multiple spray heads to one feed.
