Interest in the Spindel Doctor service has now seen Phase 3 CNC launch an independent website for the spindle service, repair and replacement business.

The Gloucestershire company is the official UK and Ireland technical partner for Der Spindel Doctor and also the official UK importer, distributor and service agent for the Serrtech range of CNC machine tools. In the last few years, Phase 3 CNC has seen the spindle servicing business go from strength to strength and has recognised the requirement for a bespoke UK web portal.

The new website has an online enquiry form with a rapid response service, the facility to download brochures and share the latest news. The homepage clearly indicates potential problems and shows how to identify them through machine tool symptoms. The new portal also has a promotional deal on the website that is offering the repair of the Deckel Maho Franz Kessler DMS18000 SK40 spindle within three days, along with a comprehensive 24 month warranty. If a machine is down and it is needed to be up and running as a matter of urgency, Spindel Doctor specialises in finding the solution as the highest priority.
