Newburgh Precision appoints new technical sales engineer

Mr Cheeseman, 26 from Rotherham, trained as an apprentice at DavyMarkham in Sheffield before gaining a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.

Newburgh Precision in Rotherham have appointed Jonathan Cheeseman as technical sales engineer.

The role will include exploring new markets and seeking out new opportunities; working with existing customers to develop long term relationships; estimating and quoting working with production to ensure on time delivery and representing Newburgh Precision at trade shows and exhibitions.

Lee Townsend, sales director said: “We are pleased to welcome Jonathan to the team at Newburgh Precision. The additional support in the sales department will increase our capability to look after our existing customer base, whilst the main focus of Jonathan’s time will be spent on generating new customers from new market sectors.”
