Early peek at new Predator software versions – MACH 2022

Due for release later in 2022, Predator Software will be previewing version 12 of its suite of manufacturing automation software, including new versions of DNC, Data Collection, Product Data Management and CNC Simulation applications

“All of our applications will benefit from an improved user interface, offering our customers even more choice in the way they interact with Predator Applications day to day” says Jim Abbassian, president of Predator Software.

“The changes for version 12 are more than cosmetic: Predator Virtual CNC V12 introduces new analytics and optimisation tools that intelligently adjust feeds and speeds to improve cycle time, tool life and finish.

“Predator MDC will allow customers to create ‘value streams’ for reporting with the ability to add or remove machines as required,” he adds. “The resolution of data collection is further enhanced by adding support for serial numbers per part. Predator Tracker adds support for Tool Life Management and finally, all v12 editions of Predator Software will support Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.”

Predator Software opened its direct UK office just six months ago and has already won important business and delivered expert support to customers across the UK and Ireland.

“I’m proud of the strong start we’ve made since establishing our UK business last year,” enthuses Braden Connolly, UK managing director. “It’s been a pleasure to meet some existing customers and to have been able to help them improve their automation levels a touch more. Unveiling our version 12 applications at MACH 2022 is an exciting step forward for us. I can’t wait to show some of our customers what we have in store for them.”
