Anca UK staff will be demonstrating the FX7 Linear tool grinder, the premium machine from its new FX Linear range, on its stand at MACH 2016.

The FX7 Linear includes the latest technology at a cost-effective price and offers a wide range of options enabling customers to specify a machine to suit specific needs. For those requiring unmanned operation and maximum productivity, Anca’s Robot Loader is a versatile automation solution that is located completely within the FX Linear machine.

Consisting of three models, the FX Linear range features completely new machine designs that are ideal for grinding tasks, from light manufacturing, to regrinding and full production. The entry-level FX3 Linear is a high quality, economical machine that represents an ideal, affordable first step into CNC tool grinding.

With spindle power of 9.5kW, the FX5 is a good choice for users needing a degree of automation and features such as an automatic two wheel changer provides access to an increased range of wheels.

Anca specialists will also be demonstrating the company's new ToolDraft software that can quickly and simply create CAD drawings of cutting tools straight from CIM3D. In addition, the benefits of latest ToolRoom and CIM3D 3D simulation software releases will be explained.
