Sight for saw eyes

Originally a subcontract sawing company, Acurate Cutting Services supply saw blades and sawing machines as well as providing servicing and spare parts.

Originally a subcontract sawing company and still offering a cutting service incorporating some of the largest sawing machines in the UK, Accurate Cutting Services supply saw blades and sawing machines as well as providing servicing and spare parts.

Accurate is well known for the range of sawing machines offered: Pedrazzoli circular sawing and bandsawing machines; DoALL bandsaws; Soitaab large bandsawing machines; and Plantool high speed circular sawing machines.

At MACH, Accurate will be showing the first example of the new generation of DoALL sawing machines for precise cutting of materials of all types. The event marks the world premiere of this machine.

The new machines will incorporate a 67mm wide saw blade for extra blade strength, an 11kW inverter controlled blade drive motor and the head feed mounted round chromed pillars.

The machine is equipped with a colour touchscreen panel and will show the new service remote connection via the Internet and webcam. This will enable fault finding of any service issues via the webcam which transmits information back to the machine manufacturer so that problem solving can be conducted efficiently and quickly.
On show will also be an example of the competitively priced DoALL ‘Utility Line' machines – available in both fully automatic and semi-automatic versions.

From the Pedrazzoli stable, Accurate will be showcasing a range of machines. Manufactured for over 60 years, the company produces probably the best selling circular saw in the UK for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Examples of Pedrazzoli bandsaws, manual and semi-automatic will be on show on the stand.

A new vertical Soitaab vertical saw also be under the spotlight – the SV 640 TS. Developed in conjunction with Accurate Cutting Services, the machine has a capacity of 600mm x 600mm, 3,000kg load capability and a table stroke of 1,200mm making it an ideal machine for toolmakers, test houses, steel stockholders, and specialist aerospace applications.

The robust nature of Soitaab equipment is evident on the machine. Although occupying a small footprint, the machine is designed for use in arduous environments. An all new front end digital touchscreen display provides the user interface.
