The Heller Group claims its all embracing approach to the process of a machine tool sale ensures that each customer is supplied with the optimum production solution to suit specific needs.

With a heritage of manufacturing high quality machine tools stretching back over 100 years, the Heller Group claims its all embracing approach to the process of a machine tool sale, from initial contact through to machine commissioning, ensures that each customer is supplied with the optimum production solution to suit specific needs.
The company's customer base covers a wide spectrum of manufacturing sectors including the automotive industry and its supply chain, machine manufacturers, electronics companies, power generation, subcontractors and increasingly the global aerospace industry.

Heller's aerospace customers are now reaping the benefit of the company's cooperation with the world's automotive manufacturers and supply chain. The company says that the improved efficiency and quality standards realised within the sector can translate seamlessly to increasing the manufacturing efficiency of the aerospace industry.
Further extending the company's range of machine tools, Heller has recently launched the new F series 5-axis machines which provide flexible, simultaneous 5-axis machining using SK40/HSK63 spindle tapers.

Users can choose between two different models – FT machines are designed for convenient table loading, whilst FP machines are equipped with an efficient pallet changer. Both types are available with two different work area sizes of 2,000mm or 4,000mm and customers can opt for three different spindle designs on all models: power cutting universal spindle PCU 63 for high performance cutting; speed cutting universal SCU 63; or speed cutting tilt unit SCT 63 for speed cutting with fork head.

Heller manufactures 4- and 5-axis machining centres at its UK manufacturing plant, based in Redditch, Birmingham, backed by a comprehensive service and support capability.
