Jon Parker has been appointed as manager of development and customer support following 18 years' manufacturing software development experience. Also, Karen Jones will take up the role of training manager after extensive experience in training positions with companies such as Causeway Systems and Vixen Software.

Completing the trio of new recruits is Dominic Beverley who has joined as support technician. Mr Beverley has previously worked at Oracle and BT Global Services in helpdesk roles.
