Amongst the new products being unveiled by ITC at MACH will be the new 2132 Cyber series of two flute extra long series PCD ball nose end mills.

Cutting tool specialist Industrial Tooling Corp (ITC) will be exhibiting a multitude of new products for the first time in the UK and among the new innovations will be the new 2132 Cyber series of two flute extra long series PCD ball nose end mills.

ITC has extended its PCD range for the machining of abrasive materials such as graphite and metal matrix, and development of the 2132 Cyber series has been led by customer demand for rigid and robust tooling for machining cavities and intricate components, with a solid carbide shank with necking for extra reach. Visitors to the stand will also be shown an expansive range of new products that will include a completely new range of drills and form machining tools. One of the new tools is the 2141 Cyber series range of two flute drill/mill cutters with a 90° included angle that complements the company's popular new range of 4111 Series chamfering tools. The back chamfering and countersinking 4111 Series has been developed at the company's Tamworth manufacturing plant to conduct front and back chamfering or circular interpolation countersinking of holes and slots in a variety of materials. Other new products being shown for the first time will be the recently launched 1031 and 1032 Cyber series drills for high accuracy applications. The 1031 and 1032 Cyber Series drills both have a 3XD effective drill length with a ALTiN coating for increased productivity and tool life and are identical except for a through coolant facility in the 1032 tool that incorporates internally twisted holes to direct coolant directly to the cutting edge. Alongside the new products, ITC will also be showcasing new innovations that will be available from the new Hanita/Rubig combined catalogue, for which ITC is the UK distributor as well as an extended range of Air Turbine Spindles from US manufacturer Air Turbine Tools.
