British software company Tricorn will launch a second UK office at this year’s Northern Manufacturing Show, taking place at Manchester’s EventCity from 2-3 October, to better service its northern customers.

The company has more than 260 customers and 6,000 users across the UK, with the majority in the south near its headquarters in Guildford, Surrey.

Tricorn northern account director, Mark Tarleton commented: “We’ve built a fantastic base of supportive customers over the last 20 years – predominantly in the south – by focusing on ease-of-use and delivering value to our clients.

“We want to deliver the same value to companies in the north of England – and Northern Manufacturing will be a great opportunity to really engage with the industry and companies in the area.”

He continued: “Initiatives like Made Smarter and North West Pilot are promoting the need to be more digitally focused and improve product quality and efficiency without increasing costs. Tricorn software enables companies to do just that.”

The new office will be based at Daresbury Innovation Park in Cheshire and will be home to sales, marketing and support teams. The company will be at Northern Manufacturing on stand D32.

Tricorn provides MRP systems to help manufacturing SMEs improve productivity through scalable systems designed for a range of industries, including machining, treatments, aerospace and automotive.
