Waldmann Lighting presents industry luminaires at Farnborough 2016

Waldmann Lighting has released Acaneo - a new high bay luminaire for full indoor illumination of very high halls. The rugged long-life LED spotlight permits efficient illumination of factory halls up to 30m high.

At the Farnborough Airshow, Waldmann Lighting will exhibit Acaneo, a new high bay luminaire for indoor illumination of very high halls. The rugged long-life LED spotlight permits efficient illumination of factory halls up to 30m high.

With advanced LED technology, a light yield of up to 140lm/W and life cycle of more than 60,000 hours (L80B10), Acaneo offers energy and economic efficiency, with optimised lighting technology for well-distributed low-glare hall illumination.

The downlight works reliably in dusty, humid and oily air and can also be used in temperatures of more than 50°C. Thanks to a modular system, Acaneo also permits optimum flexibility. Many components and luminous flux, design, light colour, system and connection versions can be combined so that the customer can create customised lighting solutions.

As a holistic lighting partner for the illumination of machines, workplaces and factory halls, following the established Taureo LED continuous row lighting system, Waldmann now offers a lighting solution specially designed for particularly high factory buildings.

Taureo is energy-efficient, easy to install and flexible. The modular system can be fitted with different light modules via electrical attachment points every 600mm. There is a selection of different lenses for this purpose, e.g. wide-angle for low production halls or double asymmetrical for warehouses, but also with light colours with 3,000, 4,000 or 6,500 Kelvin, and luminous flux packages between 3,300 and 4,000lm. Even the support profiles are available in lengths of between 600 and 4,200mm.

If the original lighting requirements have to be adjusted due to changing workstation configurations, only the light modules need to be changed or expanded and this can be carried out without any tools.

Whether in manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance or in the laboratory, efficient and ergonomic lighting solutions contribute to increased economic efficiency in all applicable areas. The Tameto workplace-system luminaires have numerous possible combinations and individual adjustments. Both fixed and suspended mounting is possible, and lateral mounting variants are also available - as are different lengths.

By offering different performance classes, custom lighting solutions can be conceived for any lighting requirement. Tameto is continuously dimmable and ensures homogeneous, shadow-free and glare-free light. The maintenance free LED luminaires have a service life of approximately 50,000 hours. They also reduce power consumption by up to 60% in comparison with conventional task luminaires.
