T W Ward CNC Machinery has expanded its presence across the Yorkshire, East & Humber and Nottingham regions by appointing David Rawson as the new area business manager.

T W Ward CNC Machinery has expanded its presence across the Yorkshire, East & Humber and Nottingham regions by appointing David Rawson as the new area business manager.


Mr Rawson brings machine tool knowledge to the organisation having held various roles across his 25 years within the industry. He started his career as an apprentice before undertaking roles including CNC programmer and machine shop supervisor prior to carving a successful career in machine tool sales for the last seven years.

Working out of Ward CNC’s Sheffield head office and showroom, Mr Rawson commented: “I am delighted to join a company that has over 140 years of history and heritage, yet has very exciting future plans and product ranges and service offerings. Combining my industry experience with the decades of expertise of the team at Ward CNC, I am looking forward to working with customers on new projects and showcasing the vast range of solutions that we can provide them.”

Ward CNC’s executive director Stephen Bodsworth added: “We are delighted to welcome David to our continually growing team. David brings a valuable level of experience in CNC machine tools which will further enhance our presence across Yorkshire – the home of Ward CNC and surrounding areas.
