WNT looks to further enhance customer support with new role

WNT is looking to extend the level of support that it provides to customer with the recruitment of a programming sales engineer to join its existing team of 39 sales engineers.

The new role will provide customers with dedicated applications and project programming support as the Sheffield-based cutting tool specialist expands its customer support initiatives.

WNT is a member of the Ceratizit Group which has over 6,000 employees globally. From this position of strength, it has developed a reputation for exemplary customer service. This latest extension of that customer support will add considerable value to the benefits that customers receive in terms of applications and project development. The programming sales engineer will work directly with customers, either independently or alongside other members of the team to develop machining solutions for new and ongoing customer projects.
