Working to a finish

RJH Finishing Systems will be exhibiting for the first time at MACH this year.

The company supplies manual finishing machines to an array of industries – from aerospace and orthopaedics to precision engineering and investment casting. Given the diverse appeal of the trade show RJH believes it is the ideal opportunity for the company to showcase the quality of its machine design and workmanship.

RJH has been manufacturing machines in the UK for over 70 years and its products have an established reputation for quality, safety and performance. As part of this commitment, it routinely offers a design service to develop specific guarding, and to incorporate electrical and emergency control systems to meet the most stringent of health and safety requirements – including Category 3 Electrics.

Graham Minton, managing director comments: “RJH’s speciality is our ability to customise and design machines to suit the specific applications of our customers and solve their finishing problems. We are a small company with less than 20 employees; however it is this desire to work with customers that has enabled us to deliver contracts for many blue chip companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Biomet, GKN Aerospace, Corus and Jaguar.”

RJH will have a range of machines on display, including its flagship Powerfin 1100 belt grinder/polisher, the Powerfin 1900 wet through-feed machine, the Gryphon grinder, the Leopard belt grinder and the Powerfin Unicorn chuck polisher.
