Addison now directly employs a total of 6 field service engineers. Kyle Shenton, originally from Emmegi, and Steve Mills from Promac have a wealth of experience in aluminium processing machinery, including multi-axis CNC machining centres which over the past few years has been a large growth area for Addison.
Stanley Tucker, from Behringer, is highly experienced in the steel industry and comes with specialist knowledge of bandsaw and cold saw machinery and applications.
These new additions are intended to allow Addison to give industry-leading response times, and first fix ratios on manual, automatic and CNC saws, machining centres and tube benders. The new team members are also proficient in new machine installation and giving clients specialist guidance and advice in getting the best out of their new equipment.
Addison believes these appointments serve to strengthen its position in the market, as customer service comes very high on the company’s agenda and is key to its growth strategy.
