AMB 2020 is open for registrations

From 15-19 September 2020 at the Messe Stuttgart in Germany, the AMB International Exhibition for Metal Working will take place for the 20th time.

Since its initial launch, the show has grown meteorically and set new records in 2018: 125,800m² of exhibition space; 1,553 exhibitors; and 91,016 from 83 countries made the show the best ever. A significant addition was the introduction of the new Paul Horn Hall (hall 10).

The CEO of Messe Stuttgart, Kromer von Baerle is again expecting that the trade fair grounds will be fully occupied at AMB 2020.

"The increase in exhibition space has enabled us to restructure the halls according to themes,” he explained. “The new layout has proved popular and so we will only be making minor improvements for the 2020 show. More than 90,000 expected visitors will find all the solutions they need as well as an invaluable insight into emerging future technologies. It will also be a great networking event establish new business partnerships.”

On the subject of technology, exhibitors will showcase a plethora of innovations in metalcutting, cutting tools, measuring systems and quality assurance, robotics, tooling and workholding, industrial software and engineering, components, assemblies and accessories.

The latest topics will include, for example, digitalisation in production, additive manufacturing in metal working and developments in e-mobility.

The exhibitor registration phase for AMB 2020 is underway and will run until 30th June 2019.
