ETG at EMO Hannover

EMO Hannover is just a week away and as Europe’s flagship event for the machine tool industry, the Engineering Technology Group (ETG) will be at the show to support UK manufacturers.

With one of the UK’s most diverse range of machine tools and associated technologies, ETG will be guiding UK manufacturers through the wealth of innovations on show from principal partners such as OPS Ingersoll, Quaser, Chiron, Axile, Nakamura and Mitsubishi.

On Stand C50 in Hall 12, Chiron will be presenting its DZ 22 S twin-spindle mill/turn centre that will be machining EV motor housings alongside the new generation of Chiron 15 Series. As well as these machines, Chiron will be presenting the MT 715 two+ and the FZ 08 S mill turn for six-sided machining as well as the Micro 5 compact and ultra-precise machine along with a multitude of additional new technologies.

On the Nakamura-Tome Stand B34 in Hall 17, the leading Japanese brand will present the brand-new WY-100V that will make its world exhibition premiere. This machine will introduce the new ‘Chronocut’ technology as well as the upgraded NT Thermo Navigator. In addition, Nakamura will showcase eight models, including the JX-100, SC-200II, WT-150II and MX-100 – many with innovative automation solutions. 

When it comes to machining centres, ETG will have a wealth of new technologies to present from partners such as Quaser which will participate on Stand A58 in Hall 12 with its latest range of machining centres and automation technologies.

Also in Hall 12, OPS Ingersoll will be showing its latest EDM, high-speed machining and automaton solutions on Stand D74. The latest addition to the ETG portfolio is Axile and its next generation of 5-axis VMC’s which will be presented in Hall 16 on Stand E21.

Completing the technology line-up at EMO will be Mitsubishi with its EDM solutions that will be on Stand C42 in Hall 9.
