Finer filtration

Eclipse Magnetics is attending EMO Exhibition in Hannover and will be exhibiting its range of high performance magnetic filters, including the latest development; the AutoFiltrex fully automated filtration and cleaning unit.

Visitors will have the opportunity to find out more about how Eclipse’s high performance magnetic filtration products can significantly improve process efficiencies for precision metal finishing processes. As experts in magnetic technology, the Eclipse stand will also feature the Micromag, Filtramag+, Automag and Automag Skid, highlighting the many advantages of using the products.

An additional benefit for visitors will be to see how the use of Eclipse products will reduce consumable filter and waste disposal costs, as well as improving the surface finish of precision components and extending the lifespan of coolants and lubricants. Also on display will be a range of magnetic workshop tools, welding aids, workholding and lifting products.

“As a company at the forefront of filtration technology, we are delighted to be at one of the world’s leading metalworking events” said Steve McAllorum, sales and marketing director at Eclipse. “This exhibition is the perfect platform to showcase filtration products to a worldwide audience, and we’re looking forward to showing visitors how an investment in magnetic technologies can improve efficiency in automotive and other metal finishing operations.”

Eclipse’s range of magnetic filtration products include the Autofiltrex, a fully automated magnetic filter, the Micromag; a compact magnetic filter for standard machines, and the Filtramag+; a stainless steel filtration unit for higher flow, higher contamination applications.

The range also includes the Automag; a fully automated filtration system for 24/7 processes, and the Automag Skid; a fully automated filtration and reclaim system for large applications with flow rates of up to 10,000 litres per minute.
