Gewefa UK will again be present at the annual Hurco Europe open house which takes place this year on 5th and 6th December at the Hurco UK headquarters in High Wycombe.

The event will feature a cross section of Hurco machine tools in full operational mode with a range of key suppliers supporting them in the Supplier Village.

Gewefa has a long standing relationship with Hurco in the UK and is the primary supplier of tooling packages supplied with new Hurco machines as well as equipment such as edge sensors.

In addition, Gewefa also supplies related toolholding products such as EWS static and driven tools, OTT spindle monitoring equipment, Pibomulti angle heads and speeders, Nann collets and Rineck heat shrink clamping machines.

“The Hurco open house is always a lively and well attended event and we are delighted to be asked to participate again,” said Gewefa UK managing director Keith Warner.

“As well as our extensive range of toolholders Gewefa has introduced a number of new products in recent times such as the Gewefa-Plus face and taper toolholder, the Hydropin hydraulic chuck with a fixed stop pin, the EasyFix boring bar toolholder and the Induterm M96 – based on the proven heat shrink clamping technique so popular for securing milling cutters into tool holders.”

Gewefa personnel will be available to discuss all aspects of toolholding and related products with visitors. Many of the operational machines will be running using Gewefa supplied equipment in what promises to be a very worthwhile and busy event.
