Multi-sector tooling solutions from Mapal

At MACH 2024 on Stand 19-332, leading precision tool manufacturer Mapal will be showcasing a range of industry and sector-specific tooling covering automotive, aerospace, fluid power, die and mould, energy, and general machining.

On display will be solid carbide, PCD special tools, milling, drilling, reaming, clamping, reconditioning, vending solutions and a range of other tooling and services.

With many years of tooling and engineering experience, Mapal’s knowledgeable engineers will be on hand to discuss full tooling capabilities and machining solutions to support visitors’ specific machining requirements.

Among the latest innovations will be the new solid carbide roughing cutter OptiMill-Alu-Wave for aluminium materials. The tool takes full advantage of the performance of the fastest machines on the market, achieving a material removal rate of up to 21 litres/minute.

Also, a highlight on display will be the new indexable insert cutters NeoMill-Alu-QBig - a highly economical solution for larger diameters, offering maximum efficiency with a material removal rate of up to 18 litres/minute.
