New sales manager gets a grip on the East Midlands
Clamping and gripping systems specialist Schunk has welcomed a new area sales manager to its expanding UK team. As the latest addition to the team, Jason Hardwidge will be covering the East Midlands area.
After 15 years in the industry, Mr Hardwidge has a strong engineering background and a wealth of manufacturing experience. He will be a key addition to the existing sales team at Schunk as the company continues to capitalise on its rapid growth with the re-location to new and larger UK headquarters.
General manager of Schunk Intec, Marcel Merchado said: “I am delighted to introduce Jason as our latest addition to the team. He joins at an exciting point in our journey of growth and his arrival will give a fresh impetus to our customer service and support ambitions.
“Customer service is a key focus point for Schunk; and I believe Jason, with his deep industry knowledge, will be able to service the wide variety of requests we receive from our customers in the run up to EMO, MACH 2020 and beyond.”
