The former CEO Ezio Basso will remain on the board of directors and will actively cooperate with Giovanni Negri ensuring an effective handover in our Group.

The company executive chairman, Gianfranco Carbonato, commented: “I wish to thank Ezio Basso, even on behalf of past and new shareholders, for the long-lasting collaboration that allowed our Group to flourish and become what it is today, and welcome Giovanni Negri, wishing him all the best for the new challenge, conscious that significant opportunity of further growth is at our reach.”
