Software investor Setforth acquires Fitfactory

Setforth, an investor in mission-critical, vertical market software businesses, has acquired Fitfactory, a leading supplier of software solutions to the high value manufacturing and engineering sectors.

The acquisition enables Fitfactory to accelerate its growth and innovation plans, with the full support and resources of Setforth.

Fitfactory will continue to operate under its current brand name and preserve its culture and vision. Setforth plan to drive the business forward through providing strategic guidance and investment to scale Fitfactory’s operations and expand its market reach. Fitfactory’s customers will benefit from enhanced service and product offerings.
