WNT catalogue signals a host of new products

With some 2,000 pages and an equally impressive number of new products, WNT's latest catalogue is due for release on 1st June 2011.

Existing customers will automatically receive the new version.

For 2011 WNT has rationalised some of the 18 sections within the catalogue, while enhancing its presentation and functionality. For example, each section starts by highlighting the key new products within that section; full ISO descriptions of indexable inserts are also included where applicable and the layout of the pages have been simplified. Useful additional information is also included in each section.

The area of cutting tool technology that has seen the greatest number of developments since the last issue of the WNT catalogue is solid carbide milling. This is reflected by this section becoming the largest in the catalogue, with almost 300 pages dedicated to the selection and application of these cutters.

At the same time as the arrival of the new catalogue WNT will also unveil upgrades to its website, which will include applications for iPads and iPhones as well as other platforms. “The combination of the new catalogue and the upgraded website will greatly simplify the selection and ordering of all of the cutting tool, toolholding and workholding products in the WNT range,” commented managing director, Tony Pennington.
