WNT, as a technical partner of the In-Comm Training & Manufacturing Group (ITMG), will be supporting the group’s Automotive Technologies Open House on the 13th December at the Marches Centre of Manufacturing and Technology (MCMT) in Bridgenorth.

The event will be open to anyone with an interest in the automotive manufacturing sector and provides an ideal opportunity to discuss the latest developments in fields such as cutting tools, metalcutting machine tools, EDM and metrology, with visitors able to discuss specific requirements with technical experts from all of the group’s technical partners, who in addition to Ceratizit UK & Ireland include Blum, Engineering Technologies Group, Hexagon, Mitsubishi EDM, Hyfore and Guhring.

Adrian Fitts, Ceratizit UK & Ireland’s business development manager, said: “The open house will be a fantastic opportunity to highlight the developments in our cutting tool technologies relating to the automotive sector, where productivity improvements remain vital to the ongoing success of the UK supply chain to this growing market segment.

“WNT is just one of four competence brands within the Ceratizit Group that complement each other, with customers able to source solutions from anyone of cutting solutions by Ceratizit, Komet, Klenk and WNT from a single point of contact. Having these like-minded suppliers as technology partners is a perfect strategy by ITMG to develop skills and productivity in the UK through the adoption of world-class equipment and engineering technology.
