Carl Zeiss has launched a new coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for automated defect detection and a limited time offer.

The new CMM, called Spectrum, can be bought or leased with a 15% discount until the end of March. Finance options start from less than £23 per day.

Zeiss says the machine enters a new level of certainty and productivity with an unmatched price-performance ratio.

This entry-level system offers the quality and reliability expected from a Zeiss bridge-type CMM, and at an affordable price.

Benefits include:

  • Leading scanning technology & accuracy, with both MPE & MPE RONt roundness values below 2μm

  • Zeiss RDS C5 CAA technology, enabling the qualification of a possible 5184 angle positions in approximately 12 minutes

  • Glass ceramic scales, eliminating the need for temperature scale correction

  • Enhanced stability with tripod construction for reliability in real-life conditions

  • Free Zeiss Smart Services for the first year, maximising uptime with Zeiss Digital Support

Orders for the new Zeiss Spectrum CMM by the 31st March will also include an introductory package, which includes delivery, installation, Calypso software training and the choice of ZEISS PiWeb Reporter Plus software or AUKOM Accredited training. This offer is valid for outright purchase or leasing
