EMO 2023: Fastems rethinks automation

Fastems is a leading supplier of CNC automation solutions with over 40 years’ experience and more than 4,500 installations under its belt. It has worked with more than 100 machine tool and other device brands.

As an open integrator, it solves the fundamental challenges and inefficiencies around variable batch (high-mix) production, experienced by all industrial manufacturers from local machine shops to global enterprises. From 18-23 September, Fastems will be at EMO in Hannover. Its automation experts will be on hand to help solve productivity challenges related to production planning and data, milling and turning, cutting tool management and part finishing. 

The ever-growing complexity and fast change around industrial manufacturing needs intelligent automation that enables resilient and efficient high-mix production. At EMO Hannover attendees can find out more about Fastems’ solutions for both precision subcontractors and OEMs.

Highlights on its stand in Hall 12, include, the new 4- and 5-axis milling automation solutions Flexible Pallet Tower (FPT) and Flexible Pallet System (FPS), and Auto-Loading Cell (ALD) for the robotic loading of parts onto pallets.

Fastems is also presenting its new productivity enhancing customer service portal myFastems and Factory Cockpit software which can provide all-encompassing, up to date analytical data for the entire production process.
