Hampshire-based Crenol & Wilson has been appointed sole UK distributor of the Grippex range of bar pullers.

Now in its fourth generation the range offer a space saving solution and viable alternative to bar feeders for the automated turning of components in small to medium batch sizes. Grippex is supplied in three different sizes: Grippex mini (0-38mm); Grippex small (2-52mm) and Grippex large (2-60mm, 3-80mm, 7-105mm).

Technically, the Grippex bar puller withstands pressure up to 20 bar, clamps close to the chuck and can handle round or hexagon bars in any material. It’s designed to be easy to use and can be set-up in minutes. The product is controlled by an NC program and driven by coolant making it compatible with the vast majority of end user machine shops across the UK.
