MecWash confirms attendance at major UK industry events

Tewkesbury-based MecWash Systems, the precision aqueous parts cleaning and degreasing specialist, will be exhibiting its latest technology at three major UK industry events in 2020.

Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Show (SMES) will return to Farnborough from 11-13 February. MecWash will be exhibiting for the seventh time and can be found on stand J230.

The show is one of the most important engineering shows in the UK calendar and thought to be the largest engineering event in the south of England. MecWash will be showcasing its Duo system, part of its wide range of aqueous component cleaning machines, which will be operating so that visitors can have a first-hand view of the unit in action.

In 2019, the event entered its third decade and saw 800 exhibitors and 9,000 visitors attend its brand new home in a state of the art building at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre. Show organisers, European Trade & Exhibition Services, says the move to a new permanent venue proved a resounding success.

Next up is the National Fluid Power Centre (NFPC) Industry Open Day. MecWash’s systems are used globally by companies in the fluid power industry and 2020 will be the seventh time MecWash has exhibited.

Held on 19th February 2020 in Worksop, NFPC is a key event in the fluid power industry, with companies and organisation associated with hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, control and automation attending from throughout the UK and further afield.

In spring, MecWash will return to MACH, the UK’s biggest engineering event, inspiring, innovating and connecting manufacturers. Held at the NEC in Birmingham from 20-24 April, MecWash will be at stand 18-114 demonstrating both the Duo and a MWX400.

Visitors will have the opportunity to take a close look at the design, engineering and washing capability of theMWX400 and see the Duo washing system in action.

John Pattison, managing director at MecWash commented: “Exhibitions remain a key means of getting our products and services the attention they deserve. All three industry exhibitions we’re attending next year offer something different, but each provides us with an ideal platform to showcase our expertise to potential clients.

“SMES remains a key meeting place for major international manufacturers and service providers, and a great opportunity to meet some of Europe’s top engineering specialists. “NFPC is a great way to meet with new and existing clients in the fluid power industry, whilst MACH is a huge event that allows us to showcase our expertise to a very wide range of manufacturers.”

MecWash’s systems include the Solo, Duo, MWX400 and Maxi ranges.
