Morgan on for Oemeta UK at MACH

Cutting fluid specialist Oemeta is ready for MACH with some cutting-edge products and eye-catching displays.

With a stunning heritage three-wheeler car taking centre-stage, courtesy of prestigious customer, Morgan, the team from Oemeta UK looks forward to welcoming visitors to experience the vehicle close-up and learn how the relationship between the companies came about. Oemeta products are used extensively throughout Morgan’s machine shop in Malvern.

From a product perspective, Oemeta will be showcasing its Hycut and Estramet S77 cutting fluids. 

According to the manufacturer, Hycut is a revolutionary, mineral-oil-free product and fluid concept that has been tried, tested, and trusted by a number of engineering companies. The multifunctional capabilities of the fluids mean that all processes can be performed using the same products over, and over. The two component element allows complete control over machining lubricity and additive levels independently, allowing total optimisation of the process. Additionally, it can all be recycled back into the machine coolant tanks, substantially reducing waste.

Estramet S77 is one of Oemeta’s newest products. Based on synthetic ester oils, it is a new-generation coolant and combines high-performance with cost-efficiency. It is ideal on hard-to-machine materials such as high-alloyed steel, and aluminium and titanium alloys.
