Rősler UK appoints new production manager for its subcontract department

Rősler UK, part of the Rősler GmbH group of worldwide surface preparation and finishing technologies has appointed Colin Hind as production manager for its subcontract department.

Mr Hind has a wide range of knowledge built up over years of experience in a variety of industries. As a qualified mechanical engineer, who learnt his trade initially with the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority having completed its recognised apprenticeship, he developed and extended his skills further by managing teams within industries such as nuclear energy, construction, medical and chemical processing in roles spanning installation, commissioning and more recently production management.

Rösler UK is continuing to expand its subcontract business and Mr Hind is focused on continual improvement, quality and service, building long-term relationships with existing and new customers throughout the North West region and nationally.

“Our expertise is in understanding what the customer wants and what will provide the best result thus eliminating the worry of the surface finishing process,” Mr Hind affirmed.

“We take into consideration the combination of machine, time and consumables to provide a solution that will achieve the client’s goals and objectives, and more importantly for the customer, adding value to the components we finish, reducing labour costs, processing time and eliminating rework.”
